Adding custom payment type to your POS

You will want to add a custom payment type or "tender key" to your POS system for ItsOnMe.

Just like any form of payment that is accepted at your business, a specific ItsOnMe tender key should be added to your POS so that your staff can apply a customer’s gift card value to their bill.

You can add a custom payment key by logging into your POS system's admin console.You will want to create a unique tender type on your POS called "ItsOnMe" that allows you to enter any dollar value.

ItsOnMe should be set up the same way that you currently handle any other non-cash / non-credit tenders (GrubHub, UberEats, Caviar, etc).  Name this new tender “ItsOnMe” This process varies depending on your POS provider (i.e. Clover, Revel, Aloha, etc.)
