Setting up your Epson Printer

Your printer needs both power and internet via an ethernet connection.

Printer Location:

The printer facilitates a simple redemption process for your customers and your staff. It should be placed at one of these locations

• Behind the bar
• At the service station FOH staff use at the bar
• If your venue doesn’t have a bar at a centrally located POS station on the floor
• At the hostess stand

Printer Install:

• Remove printer and components from box
• Plug printer into power source
• Plug ethernet cable into printer and connect cable to an ethernet port
• Open printer’s paper hatch. Unwrap paper roll and insert paper in printer. Close hatch.
• Flip the power switch to turn on the printer
• Wait 30-60 seconds. Your printer will print a receipt with your network’s IP address and the word “Enable”. This means the printer is successfully connected to the internet.

You are now ready to run a test transaction and make sure everything is working properly.
