You can add additional staff members to your Merchant Tools account to give access to other managers, marketing team and accounting team.
1) Log into your Merchant Tools account (www.merchant.itson.me)
2) Mouse over your venue name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Settings"
3) Select "+ Staff" on the left side
4) To add employees, simply enter the employee's email address and choose their level of access.
-Staff access allows gift redemption
-Admin access allows full transparency of data such as reporting, revenue & gift history
5) Click "Invite Employee" button and an email will instantly be sent to that individual.
