You should have the ItsOnMe app on your phone and a test gift card in the gift section. Click on the gift card and redeem it which will trigger the receipt to print on the printer. That's it, it works.
If you do not have the ItsOnMe app or test gift card follow the below instructions or contact your account rep for a little help.
- Step 1: Get the ItsOnMe app
- Visit www.itson.me/download or search for “ItsOnMe” in the app store
- Create account / Log in
- Step 2: Log into your business account
- Click here to login to you admin dashboard
- If you don't have an account already, request to be added as an admin for your business, support@itson.me
- Step 3: Send yourself a gift card to use for testing/training. Here's how:
- From your Admin Dashboard select "Quick Gifts" tab, located on the left side bar.
- Enter your registered email or phone into one of the fields
- Click "Send" button
- Step 4: Perform a test redemption to ensure your printer has been installed properly
- You're going to use the gift you sent yourself in Step 3 to test the printer
- Open the ItsOnMe app on your mobile device and click on the “My Gifts” tab
- Click on your test gift card to proceed
- Select “Use Gift” and redeem it for $1
- If your printer prints a $1gift card receipt your printer setup is complete! (Go ahead and high-five the nearest person)
- If it does not print please contact your account rep or support.
