Multi-Location FAQs

For larger companies that have more that one location under their umbrella, mangers will need to understand how to switch back and forth between locations to update individual menus and see reporting at an individual level. Here's how:

1. Log into your Merchant Tools account

2. Scroll over company name in the top right to reveal drop-down menu. Choose "Switch Company"

3. Enter the name (or a keyword) for the location you'd like to switch find.

4. Find company and select "Log In" button on the far right.
