Using ItsOnMe Keyword Builder

In summary, you will create a keyword. For example, "Jameson". You will then associate a gift with that keyword. In this case, a shot of Jameson whiskey. Any person that downloads the ItsOnMe mobile app and enters your keyword "Jameson" will instantly receive an ItsOnMe gift valid for a shot of Jameson at your business. 

Here's a step by step on how to create a keyword in your Merchant Tools dashboard:

Step 1: Login to ItsOnMe Merchant Tools and click on the "Keyword Campaigns" tab.

Step 2: Select "+ Add Keyword Campaigns" option

 

Step 3: Fill out the details and associate the promotional item. (Keywords are not case-sensitive) 

Note: You can only choose an item that exists on your promotional menu. If you have not created the menu item for your keyword, go to your "Menu" tab and add the item

Step 4: Choose delivery & expiration options and CREATE CAMPAIGN

Delivery - Anyone that enters the keyword will receive the gift on a specific date of your choosing. You can also choose a "delay" period (i.e. If you do not want anyone to receive & use the gift right away, you can delay the delivery by 1 day). 

Expiration - Choosing "Days Live" allows you to have control of how long someone is able to use the gift for an on-going campaign. (i.e. All gifts are valid for 7 days only or 90 days only)

Step 5: Marketing!

This is the fun part. Include your keyword in email newsletters and social media posts to spread the word. Be sure to inform customers of any important details or restrictions.
